Lars, I am enormously grateful for giving us the opportunity to see and listen to this entire concert by my idolized Sant Andreu Jazz Band, which I have been following for years. I would like to comment on a detail: many of the musicians did not really belong to that orchestra anymore, they left it in recent years for reasons of age, when they turned 21. Seeing them now reunited for that concert and dressed in the SAJB t-shirt makes me very happy. And if you allow me, I will put all their names with the year of birth of each of them, I think it is interesting information. Always astonished by the Sant Andreu Band and the savvy of the individual players. Joan Chamorro should receive a Nobel Prize for his remarkable work with nurturing these talented young musicians. Stunning results.

If not the Nobel Prize, he certainly deserves much more universal recognition for what he's accomplished and continues to produce. When I introduce people to SAJB, I never tell them that this is essentially a band consisting of children. Of course, a great number of these children have gone on to become highly successful professionals. He doesn't just teach music. He teaches talented kids how to use their talents to live rewarding lives. He's the true teacher of the decade.
