It is called 'Jivan Katha Gurmukh Piare Sant Attar Singh Ji' and is available from Baru Sahib (Himachal Pardesh) and their offices around the world (Kalgidhar Trust). PDF can also be found online.

I think the Giani amolak Singh story was 6/7 Sukhmani sahibs a day but after he told this to someone he never reached that number again so another reason to keep whatever nitnem you do as gupt as possible
