I've just been constantly watching your videos and i think as an instructor you're wonderful! I am a little confused about the difference between what you call "sugar paste" and what "fondant" is? I will read up on that though, as for techniques, i'm heading over to the website for the videos. love it! :)

hi Hafsa, thanks for your feedback. Fondant tends to be the US style of Sugarpaste, but effectively the same things. Hope this helps and please let us know if you have any questions at all. cheers :-)

Its really cute,But it took 15 minutes to make 1cupcake by a professional,if i will make them it will take 30 minutes to make 1cupcake,but i really like the details and its HO HO HO ;)

Hi! Sorry to hear you have no sound - this was a few years ago and unfortunately we did not have the technology we had now. When I checked, it appears that the sound is coming out of the left speaker and not the right. Maybe try this? Thanks! x

Paul Bradford Sugarcraft School Well I tried that and nothing still...I have sound at first..music and then when you start to talk the sound goes away as it did before..so sad...
