I’ve been loving the Powell flight boards for about a year and a half now. I’ll skate them for months. File the tail and nose down smooth on the ground to avoid razor. Sure itll get chipped on the sides and sometimes I’ll just blast it into something that will chip the nose or tail. But that’s after 3 months of skating it. Lasts about 3 or 5 times longer then a normal board and YOU NEVER LOSE POP. Stays crispy and you don’t ever have to worry about breaking it ever again. This means you can slam down distasters or kf boardslides or anything. You just have to get over spending the initial money. Oh I also regrip these at least once cause they last so long. Old grip comes off easy cause it’s plastic carbon or whatever on top. I’d love to see it plastic on the bottom as well, and built in subtle rails that go all the way around the board nose and tail, about an inch in. This way you can Ollie out of tailslides noseslides, do noseslide k-grinds/ boardslide smiths, etc, and never go through graphics. Thanks!! Have fun!! :-)

All of you do realize that boards like this are nothing new, all companies use to make a carbon fiber, or equivalent, board that was claimed to not snap or break, and also have the best pop? After a while and so many design flaws, most companies have stopped using them as so many were seen as strictly a gimmick, only a few truly worked as advertised. Everyone is mentioning "Flight" decks from Powell but their technology doesn't help from losing pop, the more you strike the nose or tail for an ollie/nollie/fakie ollie/switch ollie, the faster the pop goes no matter what's advertised. But glad some companies are trying to make more durable decks, just so long as it doesn't cost a lot just for the deck alone

Does it have the reinforcement around the trucks too or is it just some sort of reinforced top layer and an everslick on bottom?
