Of all the railroads in North America, past and present, none has achieved the stature, level of service, and notoriety achieved by the Santa Fe Railway. It’s familiar logo and silver/red iconic “warbonnet” paint scheme is recognized around the world, earning it the “poster child” status of modern railroading.
