Yes it is. I know personally. And contrary to what we’ve been taught/told there is no such thing as vitamin D toxicity. I’m at 129 and it is helping me so much. It’s ironic that they say vitamin D is toxic but are happy to pump chemo literally says poison on the bag into our bodies. Get the book “ The miraculous Cure for the prevention of all diseases. What doctors never learned” by Jeff T Bowles. It will change your life.

I use no blue light bulbs in my house during the evenings. They are no blue or green light, no flicker and are low EMF. I’m trying to get my circadian rhythm back to near normal because I struggle to sleep.

Glad you are feeling better. Cold foods are more tolerable with your mouth and throat pain. Also, I have never heard of someone going through chemo treatment told to lose weight, you will need all your strength to go through that treatment and weight lose is a compromise to your immune system. Add carnation instant breakfast to your diet for calories, and adding powdered milk to anything you can increases caloric intake without making you feel too full.

I have to stay away from animal proteins . Its an unfortunate balance- my hips are blasted - they could give way so easily. I have to build bone- but not feed cancer- I have to reduce BMI - but still stay strong and heatthy. Im learning so much. My brain is like a toddlers brain after an hour of work

I think you are doing really well, such a shame you was so poorly over Christmas, hope you are feeling stronger every day! I follow Dr Perry Nicholson’s channel called ‘Stop Chasing Pain’, he shows simple exercises to help with the Lymph System, this Is something he learned that he had neglected years after he was covering from thyroid cancer. He also shows simple ways of stopping pain or at least easing it. I’ve found some f these exercises very helpful.

Glad to see you made it through the most recent 'healing crisis'. It's interesting to me how I stumbled on your channel a few months ago when this Ca.. thing began. I was curious because of the symptom and treatment crossovers with long cvd which I appear to be suffering from. My household thinks its all in my head, and they are right, though from a different perspective😅. So many thoughts raced past during this vid, but the strongest one refers to the effects of the dex meds, the burning sensation. To me it sounds like the meds are destroying the mucosa so what came to mind is protecting your mouth, throat, digestive tract, with the likes of aloe gel, chia gel, flax gel, do you have cattails or bull rushes or the like nearby? They have a gel like aloe seasonally (i call it northern aloe myself😁). This may have come up previously, so apologies if a repeat. Keep on! (Licorice root came to mind, not sure of drug interaction though)

Good to see ya perked up! Two things I'll mention: Folks, you need to read your labels on your Vitamins, they are NOT all created equal. I just bought our main name brand in Canada, *Jameson, D & B12, well, they are full of fillers to my surprise. One thing is the B12 has Maltodextrin!!!! This is a no-no major insulin spiker & long term can cause insulin resistance & cause Diabetes in those who don't already have it. Shameful really, there is NO reason- as in NO HEALTH benefit to using cellulose and maltodextrin as fillers, just make smaller pills then, with??!! For your burning mouth issue, I wonder if a Yarrow infused coconut or other oil would be a relief and aid in healing. Yarrow kills Gram positive Bacteria on contact for a start, with your tissues raw, it certainly wouldn't hurt, another suggestion would be to chew the leaves of the Heal All plant, found literally almost everywhere on the planet, used forever as a medical & medicinal. Goes by a few other names but Heal All is the most common. It's a pretty impressive little plant, heals skin issues very quickly I've found. Yarrow I chewed it raw and packed it in the hole when I had a back tooth pulled and it got "Dry Socket" which is actually infection in the root hole. It cleared it up in a couple days, though the plant is a bit scratchy feeling in the mouth- is why I suggest an infused oil perhaps.
