MrSolidBlake next year I’m going to start training to be a pro wrestler but I’m nervous about taking a bump but it seems like a situation where it looks more painful than it really is

I heard bumps hurt. These guys make it look easy and effortless. Well done.
@mr.booyah85182 жыл бұрын
Oh they do hurt, once you start doing them constantly for over a month your body builds up a tolerance , but the brain gets jostled a bit and you stand up a little dizzy once in a while but tuck the chin and get the carpet sweeped from under you and you're good

I just started learning bumps last week... this looks similar to drills we do, although I am working on just a basic back bump from standing, jogging in place or walking. Its difficult to not want to protect yourself on the way down, But I feel like I am getting it. I tried a back bump from handstand... that is total work in progress haha. Anyway ...great video!
@SantinoBros3 жыл бұрын
You'll get it! I have never mastered the handstand bump. Once you get it down, make a video for me! Much respect.

I don't think I'd want to learn how to take the power bomb. I'd be too frightened to land on my neck or subconsciously have my arms back to far...

The guy that had the dreads, and the thing on his arm was going way too fast. One thing that I’ve learned in training is to take your time and slow down and know what you are doing.

I find wrestling entertaining but never know why they would want to do that to their body
