I think a rental car would be your best option. Some of these places are further out of the centre. Enjoy!

@@RobertMorrison70 Define danger. I felt it was pretty chill, compared to driving in Peru or Colombia. Most roads are okay, for Latin American standards, especially the main tourist routes. Dominicans drive a bit disorderly but you get used to it.
