Santorini Vlog - Kamari, Thira and Oia *What we Spent

Welcome to this Santorini Vlog :) I've written the recommendations with some write up below:
Santorini Recommendations⬇️
We stayed at ‘Epavlis Hotel’ which was in Kamari, the staff were amazing and the rooms were newly refurbished (and it was one of the cheaper options for accommodation). Reason we stayed in Kamari (we wanted a beach holiday and more for our money). Other hotels that looked lush in Kamari was Bellonias villas. We then moved to Thira for 2 nights as we were traveling there most days for dinner anyway and wanted to be where the views were for a little while. (We also travelled to Oia but if I had to choose I’d stay in Thira over Oia personally as there was more going on).
Restaurants (check the locations before you book so you can see how far from your hotel)
Santos Wines - amazing service and view and not overly expensive for a sunset dinner
Gaia Kamari - cute little place for dinner with super authentic products - the staff were just so lovely and the food was even better and at such a good price, if you stay in Kamari go here
Alali - service was incredible lovely views of the infinity pool was a tasting menu of 9 dishes so felt like a Michelin star vibe
Sunset Taverna - a BIG walk to get here and the view was stunning as right on the ocean felt super relaxing but food was just ok. I thought expensive and not my fav but scenery is 10/10
Kaliya - you have to book and ask for a table outside or you’ll get a seat inside and outside has a better view. Service and good both fab a little expensive but fab
Cavo tagoo - you guys all recommended so I had to - didn’t realise there would be a minimum spend of 100 PER PERSON for dinner until I was on the way in the taxi so 😂🙃 but the place really does have an amazing atmosphere, view and the food was delish too (I think you can get good / better quality food elsewhere but your paying for the experience) however you can do other things like sunset picky bits with drinks which I think is cheaper so I’d do that next time!

If you are wondering where to stay in santorini as i said in the video i think Fira or Kamari would be the best depending on what type of holiday you wanted. More Europe vlog s 2022 to come!

Of course we loved seeing you and Claudio on such a memory-making holiday! The scenery was fabulous and so are you! That Rat & Boa dress on you! More beautiful than the model by far!
