Ek baat me mai bolu to Packet band aur redimade khana aur drink, Tea, Tala bhuna khana nhi khana hai, oil me sirf sarso ka chakki ka pera hua tel khaye packet band na le sarso ka tel kyuki usme Palm oil ka mix hota hai. Jo tel khaye vo chakki pa pera hi rahe packet band nhi... Ghee doodh meetha na khaye... augar aur sugar mili hui cheez to bilkul bhi nhi....
