Please undestand, I am adding these points so that no one else land into the same horrible problems that I did. We are already suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis, which itself is a serious problem, so no point of getting more health problems in our lives. This diet will definitely help, one will see the positive results within weeks if followed, tough part is to continue this diet! One has to reintroduce safe food options slowly.

I hv mild sjogren n mild lupus due to which can't do many activities. As il be 60 now, suffering since 30 yrs, no medication is working only prednisone. But i listen to my body n im my own doctor bcuz Drs can't help me. Allergic to all antibiotics, reaction with imuran plaquenil n methotrexate. I began to do little exercises n eat a very sada food, nuts n berries n apple, banana. No citric fruits, no spices, no wines, no alcohol, nether raw food. Im fine family n doctors said im not looking my age , 45 or 50. N i feel proud n happy. I hv good children husband n good family. No mental stress. My autoimmune attack my vital organs mainly. Hv high dryness n muscular pain ...no pain killer bcus of my kidneys. But living well.

Rheumatologist just gives steroids. It worsens the condition.There's no other medicine in allopathy. This has been told by a doctor in Apollo hospital itself. Doctor Namaste, as you said I got this disease after delivery, reasons same as you said. Last 27 years I am dealing with this disease. Already I am following many things you mentioned. In year 1999 I had taken Naturopathy treatment. Went to Uruli kanchan at ashram. Fasted for continuous 15 days. Got better results but lost my weight. Already I was 45kg and dropped to 30 kg's. After that it took me 6 months back to normal. My question is now a days also I am very much under weight. My age is now 52 years and weight is 35 kg's only. In year 2023 this disease flared up. My HB also came down to 7. Kind reques to suggest diet for me and other persons like me. Thanks. Your explanation is very good and motivational. Also anchor is also very good.

@@ruchirakapur9491 intermittent fast, it is 16 hours fasting. You should eat early dinner by seven and eat second day 11 am. You can have black coffee or black tea without sugar between that time. There are so many videos available about intermittent fasting on KZbin. In the beginning you can start from 14 hours and extend slowly slowly.

Yes! It is possible. Aap ka weight kitna h? Kya aap ek chart maintain kar sakte h apne diet ka? For example, aap ne aj egg whites(just example) liya breakfast mein and check kiya k pure din mein aap ka dard return kiya yah nahi. Aise... Par iske liye pehle 70-80% pain-free hona padhega.
