What is a cough?

Sir mujhe digestion me problem aa rhi hai jbki mai ghr ka bna simple sada khati hu, loose stool hota hai chipchipa, peshab jyada lagti hai, latrin subh nhi hoti, hoti hai to kam hi, ek bar me pet saaf nhi hota hai & ml dwar v hlka sa suj gya hai kv kv hlka pain v hota hai & blgm jaisa kuchh latrine ke sath ya aakhir me aata hai... Weight v kam ho gaea hai... Aap kuch suggestion dijiye, kya dikkat hai, kya kya khane me le kya na le kyunki koi bolta fiber/water ki kmi hai to koi bolta jyada fiber/carbs nhi lene...
