As my wife fell ill (we’re 80+), we can’t go and the Mercure won’t give us our money back. I offered our reservation with a heavy discount on FB, but no interest, people are afraid of a scam. As a reasonable quality motorcycle crash helmet costs $1500 AUD, two things I wouldn't buy cheap is a crash helmet or a parachute. The chin strap on that helmet 🙄
