Please call someone from Men's Right Organisation to get a balanced view. As for corruption, let me give a example. In Bihar, husband is NEVER given bail in lower courts. It is a custom that husband gets bail only from High Court. This is a 'arrangement' made between lawyers of lower and high court. The other problem is that lower courts often do not follow SC judgements.
