A bill is making by seller. Suppose the bill is accepting by the drawee only on a later date and in the meanwhile it can be endorsed to many persons by the drawer or payee. So naturally there will not be any signature of the drawee till acceptance. So in such situation what is the validity of the bill since there is no signature of the drawee till its acceptance
