If any of you play Team Fortress 2, LLENN and Her friend is basically Scout and Demoman. Scout is absurdly hard to shoot due to his speed and smaller hitbox.

I honestly thought the show was great and did its job at expanding the world of Gun Gale. The reason I say that is because a downside of the first half of season 2 was not being able to get to see more of the world that was Gun Gale You might be wondering why is that a downside when it's just another world we've seen before? Well the reason I say it is because when think about sword art online one wouldn't neccesarily associate something like a first person shooter game with something that could easily be associated with fantasy. Plus when you think about the world of gun gale there is something different in the tone of that world when comparing it to the tones of the virtual worlds in SAO. The world of gun gale has a tone that's similar to that of post apocalyptic/science fiction movies, tv shows, books, comics, and yes video games. With that said I'm kinda glad I watched Gun Gale because even though its only 12 episodes (well technically if you count the first 14 episodes of SAO 2, that would technically make it 26 episodes) it did its job at expanding the world of gun gale while also distancing itself from the main SAO storyline to tell it's own story even though the writing wasn't all that great but still had some pretty good fight scenes except for the one in the last episode and I'm not talking about the CGI that was used I'm talking about how it ended with (oh wait a second for those who have not watched gun gale yet spoilers) those storm trooper look alikes killing the avatar of our main character and her best friend (the one with the grenade launchers). That I thought was a bit of a fucking cop out. With that said Gun Gale was a nice little side quest to the main quest.

Ive only watched half of this show, ive never watched sao cuz of how ppl described how bad it was to me, i saw my dad watching it so i decided to watch too, im in love with llen , i enjoy watching it so far

Ok I can understand the pito plot being disappointing but I don’t really get why the car fight bothered you. Overall I personally love the show

Great Review! The largest flaw in the anime was that it never got the watcher invested in the plot. In fact, the show seemed to want you to root for Peatau's suicide. By the end of it, it feels like all they accomplished was preventing Peatau from the death she wanted. They just brush off the fact that she was about to commit suicide and laugh about it. Peatau being the singer girl was also lazy and predictable. Still not a terrible anime, just somewhat desensitized and jarring.

The lightsaber REALLY bothers me. It's a shooting game! Why does it need a lightsaber?! I hate how they never actually let Kirito learn anything new and give him more development and more of a personality which may make a slightly better anime but instead they just keep him a good at anything because he wants to and sticks to his lame personality.

it was interesting, but there was no need for the overboard lesbian/feminist promotion and the pedophilia references (one being the guy threatening to fondle Llenn's corpse and the other at the end with the sexual references of Pito as a real life minor kissing and making a sexual advance on real-life Llenn). Plus all the "men" in the anime were emasculated.
