It should arrive in your primary section since that's where the code appeared for me from sacramusic. Also for the phone number try leaving out the first area code digit so for example mine is 1318 but I just put 318 and it works so try that as well. Don't put spaces in the phone number either and it has to be 10 digits. Check every part of your mailbox to be sure as well. It’s been 43 hours since I submitted mine. Still waiting for the confirmation email. 😭 I tried resubmitting it thinking maybe I did something wrong and it didn’t go through but when I tried it I got a notification saying that there was a “duplicate email” so I guess it did go through. Nothing I can do but wait. Update: Finally received my code. There is definitely an influx of people participating in this campaign. I entered the giveaway on Oct 7th around 7:30 PM EST. Then after you buy and screenshot the purchase history go to the second link and enter info there but for the phone number don’t put a full area code or spaces. For example 1318878652 would be the normal input for where I live but I put 3188878652 instead which works. Also don’t do anything with that number I just randomly made that up for a example so no clue who it belongs to.

Other than that I’m not exactly sure since I had nothing like that. Recheck your screenshots as well since it has to be certain file types and certain size. Be sure to read other comments hear as well as there might be something else you can try that others did.

Its a Japanese Event and they have maybe only up to 11 digits with Phone numbers. A lot of other countries have 12 or more :D But it doesnt matter since the 00000000000 worked as well. The code is send via mail anyway.
