I believe, ZYS1 repeated twice with both positive and negative values. is it the part of process or by mistake you haven't deleted the earlier record that was stored under Base price YBAS.

I was explained same in class previously I matained ZZSP and not deleted now I am deleting and I going to matain for ZYS1 and same it was activated

Can we have more than 1 supplement condition type in a SO like i want to give discount on base price and i want charge extra on loading charges if the material qty is more than 10 units.

Yes, each and every condition type we can matain condition supplement, but instead of proposing condition supplement try to change condition records in existing records

Client requirements: System should restrict the discount 1k Rs after specific material value reached 1Lack. How we achieve this?

Condition update Condition records maintain material wise, so when that material came into SO, then it will activate for only that material, you can try and let me know,
