SAP Workflow Swu3 Configuration

Hi Ramesh, after doing all configurations and settings when i am trying to create a PO for the Flexible workflow activated document getting error message as - An exception was raised and not allowing to save the Purchase Order. I suspect SWU3 some settings may have an activation issue. Please help with this image.png
