Awe Sapphie just soaking in all the knowledge & love!🥰 But honestly, as someone who deals with moderate to severe anxiety on a daily basis, it sucks. That’s it in a nutshell.

It’s a serious problem to have suicidal thoughts and depression. Talk to an adult if you have suicidal thoughts, it helped me out.

Oh gosh. 4 years old. I'm sorry. That's young. I question if v.a.c.c.i.n.e.s were given before the blood brain barrier fully formed.

As someone who’s Volunteered + did Internships in non-Sterile Healthcare settings with My Service Dog/Partially Blind, this means so much! I love that You both put Healthcare in these videos + You can tell that Sapphie is really interested as to what You’re both saying too! She’s just the sweetest Dog like any other Dogs out there!

I grew up on these emotions and unfortunately we had to suck it up. There wasnt words like anxiety OCD and depression used for everyday people. Unless you were talking to trees there was no sympathy. You were just considered weird or a loser. Times were tough in 70s/80s

I wish we can merge alternative and conventionaledicne when it comes to pysch, and get the best of both worlds. Truth from each side can allow for increased knowledge..and ultimately help.

One more important thing is check parenting. Parents should also get counseling. Busy schedules and lot many other issues like pressuring, not giving enough motivation, controlling and comparisons....very crucial for treating someone.

Nice post. Thanks for sharing...some thoughts: I think pysch meds can be a slippery slope. Potentially bc people get on and don't get off potentially bc of the standard doses can be too high which inhibit nuerotransmittors to bounce back. When a med doesn't work for someone, people are often put on more and are not taken off. Pysch doesn't seem to be as objective as the rest of medicine. I think awareness of the issues can make things better. Also, why doesn't medicine do EEGs prior to punting people to pysch, especially inpatient? It can allow for a baseline, as well as to rule out some medical conditions. I've seen so much iatrogenic pysch due bc of the meds; followed by being further falsely diagnosed bc of the imbalance meds can cause( the same way it can help). This can lead to a one way in, and no way out..sometikes even contributing to homelessness. EEGs can help prevent iatragenic pysch.

I just lost my 48 yr old cousin to suicide n I was talking to him 2 days straight before he did it. I had no idea he was thinking about it. He told me he was happy n things were going good for him. Wish I had saw him in a video chat. Through texting when they tell you everything is going well n happy etc , you don't actually know the full truth. Wish I had known truth. Maybe could have convinced him not to do what he did. 🙏🙏😢😢 Love Sapphie she's beautiful. Hugs from The Jersey Shore USA 💜💜

Working as a nurse and seeing some pretty hard stuff, especially during COVID, You learn to compartmentalize it, but it will rear its ugly head in some form. So talk to someone, do self-care, go outside and get some sunshine, do something. We all are human and we all feel!! Having healthy outlets is key❤

I believe, if there’s someone that is suffering around us, that we should always check in to make sure they’re OK. Anxiety and depression can be very debilitating when a person loses all hope, they don’t have a reason for living. We need to be more sensitive, compassionate, and loving. We need to provide those people that are suffering with a safe place to speak, with greater access to psychiatric therapy and make doctors more accessible. The mental health area is lacking in resources and yet it is the greatest area of concern in the medical system.

Alternative medicine believes that anxiety is caused by toxins. Perhaps zeolite, glutathione, FAR sauna, Castor oil packs, using less chemicals and more natural substances may help the toxins.

❤Lots of respect for you guys, yes I love too that you put things like this in your videos. Like mom some times does, 'okay Sapphie what do we say to an anxious person. Sapphie pushing a button 'you matter'. Yes Sapphie, well done.. Here meanwhile Sapphie was like talking non verbal, haha. She is too funny. She was like saying.. 'See what I get here listening too that stuff all the time,, wiith 2 mental doctors, Oh okay rub the right spot, a bit to the left or right, yes fine. What you say, depression, anxiety, yes to hear you talking makes me feeling a bit depressed. Oh My well yes let's go out then. (She looks like asking to go out). Pills..no thanks more treats will be fine. Start playing with me, what about some zoomies. I'm outta here, or no staying close to get a win. Yawning few times..like okay finished, done talking, what not yet..Come on let's go..Oh My they are on a roll. Look them go.. Bo-ring. Say for yourself, too much. I feel zoomies coming up. Let's play, walk, eat .Where's B ? Awww sleeping..no fun there ❤❤ Haha Sapphie and her facial expressions. She is the best 'anti depression care taker'

❤I did not mean bad or a joke in previous comment. But I can't help that despite how I feel, Sapphie makes me laugh here, she is so unique. At the end that side face. I do notice she likes to listen to mom. Me too, mom is an awesome talker. The end of the video, the last part..what mom is saying is very helpful. It gives courage to do so❤ And Sapphie thinks the same, Sapphie totally relaxed listening. Thank you guys for this upload.❤ Mom is a good therapist,.it helps me up, and feeling understood. Thank you guys and Sapphie..❤

I want to stay happy and upbeat so: I watch no news and almost no regular tv unless its something like fishing or Dr Pol and stay away from (all) agenda TV talking heads. TV ads are trashy and talk nasty not a healthy mindset. Its about time we try and turn this ship around and think positive and doing things with others outside away from TV and computers and smell the flowers.

Unfortunately, our youth has become depressed which is a byproduct of disillusionment. Too many hours on the internet and no interaction with others is a huge problem in our society. In addition to the disconnect with God. Without purpose, morals and faith in God , our society is on the decline.
