Sapphire Bay still Under construction Phase 2 for sale by Marina

Sapphire Bay has had a lot of controversy with the multi-family, resort vs no resort, the fire, and practically everything about it.
Go check out the Marina. It's been there for a long time and has lot's of updates.
There are still homes for sale in phase 2 by the Marina. Let me know if you need help.
Looks like they are finally cleaning up the rubble from the fire.

So pissed that we were robbed of the initial plans for this space. They should have left it as a park. It was beautiful and a peaceful place to go. 😢

At this rate, are we ever going to get the resort or surf park?

I visited the area yesterday. It's slowly coming along. Could be 4 years our for the resort, but I would think the surf park should be sooner. Of course I saw on some marketing material it was called a "wave pool" .
