I had been in Kathmandu long time ago but i never got to know or experience these kind of newari food. Wish I had roamed around freely newari food hunting. I am from Kurseong Darjeeling. We don't get these kind of mouth watering foods here. Darjeeling does not have it's own original food. It's all Indian influenced.

Are these Tripe cleaned ? Just wanted to know..... though I have not seen or eaten buff ones though eaten of the goats ...the color is like this when we Get it from the shop n when we clean it by dipping in boiling water it becomes white after all the dirt layers comes off. No offence I just wanted to know. TIA.
