I would play him against the Cowboys if he's medically cleared, then sit him for the Giants game, the last game of the regular season. Saquon Barkley can chase the rushing record in that last game if the Giants' defense isn't trying to play tough in this divisional game. The Eagles don't want Hurts to be too rusty either entering the post-season.
