Currently the best video production on fitness-youtube. Very entertaining, catching atmosphere, nice pictures and cuts... and its about the pleasent, admirable, inspiring, motivating, adorable, beautiful and fit as sh*t Sara Sigmundsdottir. I'm inhaling this series. The Intro in part1 with Sara on the indoor bicycle... so epic. Pure physical end mental Power. There must be some magic particles in the water in iceland. Such a small population bringing up so many awesome athletes. The next level of evolution comes from iceland.

sara jerk at 110 kg (240 lbs) but dumbell snatch at 50 or 70 lb i jerk at 175 lbs max but i dumbbell snatch at 80lbs x 10 i don't understand my push press and strict also is at 75 kg (165 lbs) lbs i saw a girl to do 88 lbs push press and t was hard for her but to do 185 lbs at the jerk can someone explain to me ?
