The thing I’m annoyed about is how you kept pushing into his base mid/early castle. You already scored some damage, but then you sacrificed quite a few more crossbows and knights and got very little out of it. Would it have been better to consolidate your forces, and maybe go for a forward siege. That move lost you the early map control

@ just because he’s the best in the world, doesn’t mean he doesn’t make multiple mistakes per game. Actually part of the reason why hera is the best is because he stops and looks at what went wrong each game, win or lose.

That move surprised me too. He could have traded his xbows for at least 10 vils. But I m not here to consult or criticise Hera. I have two ideas why he made that move. First, in my opinion he likes to move safely, he usually doesnt take either win or lose risky moves. Second, if he had done that the game would have ended and that game could have been boring to stream.

The first dive was for sure worth it. He lost like 2 knights and 10 xbows but killed like 4 vills and more importantly forced his opponent off 2 woodlines and several farms. That’s a lot of damage. He maybe wasted like 4 or 5 xbows after that but it wasn’t that much. If you think about it ciskhan did the only winning play after that which was going for arb but it still isn’t really what Sicilians want to go for here which is good for Hera. Ciskhan should’ve tried to fast imp with his forward castles but he took a lot of damage so it was tough to come back.
