This movie had such an impact on me as a young child when it came out. The emotions I felt watching it stick with me to this day. I couldn’t wrap my head around how people could be so cruel…amazing song and an amazing movie. #classic

Not me shedding tears more than 24 years since I first watched the movie and shed tears. God Bless South Africa. God Bless Kenya. God Bless Africa. This movie came out the year I was born and so grateful it did, this movie came out this was so powerful to me as a kid I watched it very frequently during elementary school nights apartheid regime. Barely understanding the fight they were in at that age I could feel the passion behind the scenes of this movie, which drove me to inquire further as I got older. To this day this movie will always bring tears to my eyes. Thank you for uploading this bless you
