No, she's a classically-trained soprano who sings a bit of opera when the mood takes her. She's never claimed or attempted to be an opera singer. Sarah makes opera accessible.

She is god awful in this. They changed the words to make it easier for her to sing. If you want to hear Domingo sing it with someone, listen to hi and Kathleen Battle.

There are many different English language adaptations of THE MERRY WIDOW, each with completely different lyrics for the songs and dissimilar books. The Metropolitan Opera has staged at least four different versions of it in my lifetime and the song lyrics were never the same.

I don't know if any of you criticizing her are singers, but the voice changes over the years. I think she did well. She was on pitch and she actually hit the notes.
