You see i had to learn how to give my problems , situations etc to God I question how do i give it to him all of it. Well As it says LET GO LET GOD Thats what you do. You don't talk about the problem or situation you pray read your bible and stay busy. Meaning some type of work such as house chores yard work your job etc so you wont be siiting around pondering on the problem or situation that how the enemy gets your mind sitting around pondering on the problem now you begin to get angry upset now your getting your mind busy for the enemy Not allowing God to take care of the situations or problems..you have to be a firm believer that he will take care of it And have the Faith. Its already done. Speak those thing as if they were already done and believe he will fix it. As the day goes by maybe even weeks, months, years that the problem or situation you had you forgot about or was worked out through God. Reminder Pray, also A big factor the holy spirt to those who have it allow it to dwell amongst you while going through and this will guide you through as well. Amen
