as they say, there is no apology without accountability so yes, we all have the potential to harm, but only some learn and grow from it and change the behavior, the majority still just blames others. 2020 is proof, they still blame the minority who pulled that story off while it only happened because the ma jority consented. Taking responsibility means changing the behaviour and never going back. Good one Lisa and Sarah~

Same! I am so thankful that she speaks to her children the same way I have been, and I have never had validation from anyone in my everyday life. I didn’t want to speak to them the way I was spoken to or treated the way I was when I was growing up. Making children sit and be silent, forcing them to eat everything on the plate even when they obviously the child has no desire to shove flesh into their mouth or lied to about every holiday had a nonexistent figure flying around giving gifts or collecting teeth and leaving money, and the biggest issue was being spoken to in condescending manner aka like your a dumb child who has no comprehension skills so do whatever I tell you because I am better than you smarter and bigger… then the very annoying and frustrating way any question was answered in very vague way. For example; Child: “can I go have …….?” Adult; no Child; why? Adult; because I said so. 😢😮uh no. And this conversation covers so much! I love this conversation because it’s extremely helpful for me as a mom, and most importantly a woman who is a human being/ person and needed to know that I was not the only woman who had the similar experience, feelings and thoughts ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉

Sarah’s humility and honesty in saying that I was one situation away from incarceration or losing my kids, 🙏🏻THAT! THAT is a woman I can wholeheartedly respect ♥️🙏🏻 So many ppl will sit back and shake heads without ever realizing we all have that potential and for that I will ALWAYS respect her! I needed this message 🙏🏻True restoration where I don’t have to erase my past flaws but instead, spirit restoration feels like the goal I’ve been seeking but had no language for. I can see my past self with compassion now and that is the Power Move ♥️♥️♥️

This is a great Video. This brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

I'm only 3/4 of the way thru this interview, and I'm so compelled to praise this powerful, beautiful young woman. She has answered each question so eloquently and confidently, not skipping one beat, and not saying one "um". I'm absolutely mesmerized by Sarah Jakes Roberts. This has been the smoothest, most soul touching interview I have seen. There's a thousand emotions flowing thru me from regret to not having been a mom of such grace and patience, to gratitude that I'm listening to this right now. Well done Lisa, for bringing her on. Okay, 1 This is my 1st ever video on this channel. 2, it is also the 1st video in the full video playlist 3, I LOVE your husband's videos. I am a subscriber. Maybe not an avid watcher though but still love love love & cherish his videos. 4, I have heard him talk about you vaguely & I've always wondered about you & who you were. I NEVER imagined you were as awesome as he... him. (LOL my grammatical struggle rn). 5, I strongly believe everything happens as it is supposed to be bc infinite possibilities yada yada. This video means a lot to me as I am & have been trying to get to who the powerful me is. There have been soooo many distractions since I have decided w/in myself to get to this person. So I really love & appreciate you for this. I have to remind myself in my own moves that even though I may feel like what I am doing is pointless, it actually could mean the absolute WORLD to the person who needed you. Whether they realize it or not that they needed you. And today, I totally needed you, yall. And for that, you have a forever subscriber. Don't ever stop doing what you do. And I will always cherish these moments & stow them away to lighten my darkest days. Peace love blessings & prosperity to you & your family & guests & just everyone you interact w/directly & indirectly always & infinitely. Now MRS JAKES! YOU. ARE. GORGEOUS! I still have not fully accepted myself wanting to be a model. Clear work to do. HOWEVER your IG gave me life! Also a subscriber of your channel as well!

This is One of the most Powerful Interviews ive seen Sarah do! Woman To Woman! Its really shedding some bright lights on my situation and the questions ive been trying to find for the last 10 years. Im am definitely being humbled and realizing the mistake ive made, where i went wrong and the anger i felt alive in, in seen, exstent in while in a relationship with the man i truly loved and was was there for me, until I lost him. It sucks but i do understand. 😢 I wish i was exposed to this stuff at a young age or wasnt living in survival mode, had a mentor to help me be a strong woman, going through life the right way. But i wasnt. I might not be all together and definitely still leaerning, fighting some fears that keep me stuck but I guarantee I will always make sure to do my best be there to uplift others so they don't have to go through what i do! Thats my nature not just a promise.
