It’s a fund raiser for the met. 26 million raised this year and if you are into fashion it’s such a joy to see designs. I mean you could say that about the Kentucky derby or the Super Bowl as well. But for fashion freaks it’s great fun

My husband and I are now old but we served in Peace Corps in Philippines ( honestly where I fell in love with fashion seeing what some people could put together on a severe budget was amazing). Peace Corps is a two year stint. I learned so much about poverty alleviation. It was life changing. We then spent out careers on poverty alleviation around the world. I’m old now but a big supporter of habitat for humanity. . What exactly are your efforts and what success have you had? Your concerns do you such credit. But action is the key
