I've been a fan of this woman since I first saw her at the ISG Convention in St Louis 20 years ago. I'm a "classically" trained musician and my professional contemporaries put me down for my commercial preferences but she just knocks me out whether she's playing the psg or singing. I don't know why she isn't a world-wide superstar.

Bought her video of this concert many many years ago. Followed her gigs whenever we could.Had to have it put on to DVD. It always moves me to tears, my Dad used to play mandolin so it also makes me think of him.Miss you Sarah. Where are you?

Hello to all listeners,,,,I have an old music sheet way before I was born my dad wrote country music before he met my mom ,,,well the song is called You're The Rose of My Heart it says Lyrics By Angel & Jean Gonzales and Music By Van Williams it almost sounds like this.... I have been trying to find someone to sing this song to me before I get to old to hear it, I have it in A frame, it's old paper and don't want it to fall apart.

I would like to know what happened to Sarah ,I saw her in the 90,s she not only sang but also danced around on stage she was full of energy and seem that she should have a great future ,but when you see her now she just sits behind that pedal steel and don't sing so disappointing.

If I'm not mistaken, Sarah's two lady backup singers were Trionaugh Moore and Leon McCrumb (or Crumb, not sure which). Love Sarah's voice and steel guitar playing. What a talented lady she is! Thanks for posting! God Bless, Jeff :-)

She was still playing it three years ago so I doubt she's forgotten it. Search KZbin for "Sarah JORY pedal steel guitar" to see her in concert 2006 A few others have posted her songs too, which is very welcome :-)

Her website has been down for ages - i am waiting for news of when she is playing back in the UK again and also if she brought out the pedal steel DVD she was working on just prior to the VM tours!
