Our 16-year-old daughter died in 2016 as a passenger in a van while traveling to a Christian outreach program. She was to be at the altar to receive and pray with other teens who were to be saved that night. When we received her cell phone and opened her playlist, this song played. It is what we believe she was listening to when she was taken. Knowing she was praising God when she left us and is in heaven is what we focus on in order to get through each day without our beautiful girl. We love you and miss you, Faith!

He is always good no matter the situation we are facing for. Sarah felt pain because of her parent's divorce and joy at the same time, joy because she had her newborn babies. I like the part of the lyrics that speaks about how God is holding on even when things get dark. Sometimes people get the impression that Christians are impervious to the sorrows of this world but that couldn't be more incorrect. We experience the same things in our lives. Such as passing loved ones, trauma, and other obstacles. What comforts me is that I don't have to act strong and act as if it doesn't effect me. It's okay to cry a break down every once in a while because God is holding on even when things grow dark.

Our worship team sang this song today during the offering and everyone was seated but when I heard the first few notes out of habit my hands went up and before I knew I was the only one in a room of about 300 standing up and praising and worshipping and the thought came to mind that these people are so distracted by everything going on they can't even move their bodies or their minds for that matter! I live in south GA. and these people around here have dry bones!! You see I used to follow the dead and panic and I surely danced and paraded around and it gave me this energy from somewhere else but it left me wanting.
