@@catielambert7575 i'm on day 10 now... last night was the end of my week and it was REALLY hard not to stop and get something. It was sheer laziness that just got me home, (didn't want to go out of my way to stop and get something) where I had a sparkling water and some snacks before bed. Today felt much better even though it's the weekend. I just keep telling myself, "it's only a month, you're 1/3 the way there! don't let the alcohol win!" ... I can't speak to tomorrow, but for today, It IS day 10... in a row! I wish you the best of luck with your challenge! oh btw... you asked if I was feeling differently? Definitely! Especially when I wake up and there's no hang over! I can go walk the dog for invigoration rather than to clear hangover cobwebs... and I worked out for a little bit today, got a loooot of things (housecleaning, cooking, napping) accomplished today. So yes.... I feel so much better overall! but the poison is powerful... I just need to remember that so am I!

I just scrolled down a bit and glanced at several testimonials but at the moment I cannot read more because I'm drinking some beer and even though I know it is poisonous to my life, I will have another before bed...and as always, I will wake up throughout the night and sip on some water because of dehydration..have my usual uncomfortable dreams in between..wake up feeling horrible...go to work with red eyes and blurred vision...on my break I'll look up videos about how to stop drinking and feel strong in my resolve, but on the way home the Beerwolf inside of me begins to transform..with or without the full moon...some entity shows me the sadness in the past of my dad suffering and dying from cancer, and also the images of our sweet black labs Magic and Nina suffering and dying....the images stab into my mind like a dagger and I feel that I will never find peace...become sober and happy? How?
