I agree. Say what needs to be said, but don't stress when you concentrate and are quiet. I find myself really relaxing at those times and sort of going into a meditation type of space. It's really nice and helps me relax inside myself. And I do value it, also, when you share tips and info that have truly helped me to paint better. It's a perfect blend, Sarah. Just go with what you naturally do and don't worry. If a viewer gets fidgety because there's too much quiet, well, I'd have to consider they aren't truly in the zone of watching the painting process anyway and are probably skipping around to various points in the video rather than just settling into the flow. If that's the case, you talking more isn't going to prevent that because they are just not settling into the zone and gaining the potential relaxing benefits available.

Please can you show the varnished piece of work hanging on the wall. I know that acrylic pours have a tendency to change colour a lot when the paint dries. So I would like to hear what varnish you use to restore the colour after drying and to see the finished result. Of course they look marvellous just after being poured but what about how they look after drying and what do you do to restore the shine so that they look that good when completely finished.
@SarahMackArt3 жыл бұрын
I posted and showed the results shortly after this video in another video. I then put it in a sale I had online. I can not show you the dried results because it sold

Sarah, congrats on your new tripod and remote...such a nice Christmas gift! (Cool boyfriend and nice view!) Ohhhhh, Sarah, I LOVE it when you PLAY and just have FUN with paint!!! This is a totally AWESOME painting! I agree with Chrissy and everyone else who said it looks like a mountain scene or a ski resort. I LOVE the colors you chose and the slightly different method of multi-layering a "sandwich cup." And then you really surprised me by pouring barely overlapping bands of paint and allowing it to slowly flow down from the raised canvas edge! Those metallics and the slow movement really developed the amazing cells! (You KNOW I'm a sucker for those stripped and layered color cells!!) OMG, you just gave me several ideas!!! Now I want to PLAY WITH PAINT, too, and I JUST put my paints away yesterday so I could work on a metal sculpture that's been pinging my brain for weeks!!! (I don't have room to do both....grrrrrrr!!) My HoA is gonna start calling you "Trouble-Maker" instead of "That Pretty Sweater Lady" because I'm going to be asking him to help me move my equipment A LOT so I can paint AND sculpt...LOL! OK, you Trouble-Maker.....keep hanging in THE ZONE and please, please, keep having FUN!!! Big hugs!
