Omg Sarah, the pedicure tool is a game changer! I’ve messed around with it a lot and I’d suggest using it once a week, 15-20 mins after you’ve moisturised your feet with a thick cream. It can be a bit abrasive if used on dry skin too often. The Tony moly foot peel is also absolutely fab for foot care, trust me that shit is gonna change your life. Just know that the peeling from it is intense and happens like 10 days after use.

Try HALOX OINTMENT for the eczema, Sarah. I can vouch for the effectiveness of this ointment. Don't by the HALOX CREME go for the ointment. Use it sparingly, a little on the tip of your finger should be massaged over a slightly larger surface area. Should be used continuously for 10 days on the affected areas, then peter it out i.e. after ten days' usage, use it 5 times a week for 2 weeks, reduce it to 4 times for 2 weeks, and so on and after you bring it down to once a week for 4 weeks, stop using it. This is cortizone based as is most of the skin ointments. Prolonged usage can leave white pigmentation on the skin where you've used this ointment. So by gradually reducing the number of times you use it, it will be safer. But i can assure you, it is very, very effective. A disclaimer, check this out with your dermatologist before you use it.

Sarah, you should try applying thick glycerine generously on foot at night and wear your socks and sleep with that. It is very effective I follow this and it really works for me. If it doesnot cure in one use , use it 2,3 times continuously and after that you can use as per requirement.
