Sezzy, oh boy where do I even start. This video means more to me than you’ll ever know because I’ve been there since your first year of consistently posting after the breakup. And watching this actually made me tear up a little 🥲 I’ve never shared this with you obvi bc I’ve never actually met you but it was exactly that timeframe when I had unfortunately tried to take my life… and thankfully was found and taken to the hospital just in time. I had no idea what fitness was, what nutrition was, and how to laugh and love life. You were the very FIRST person I ever followed and became obsessed with who taught me everything I now know and preach. I did the oil pulling, became a yogi for awhile, would buy boxes of Tropeaka and loving chocolate, try your recipes, followed when you and Kurt first met, etc etc. I swear it was a healthy obsession lol. I was one of the first to purchase your 1st ebook, got the probiotic mixer, purchased your white fox clothing, and had a subscription for a little while to your sunnee app. I still have the Sezzy timer app and used it for random things. I even went on to nutrition school, did body building shows, struggled for awhile after, then found balance again and became a functional health coach, PT, and now NP. I don’t really watch your videos let alone KZbin videos a lot anymore in general but I’m really glad I hopped on today and saw this video pop up. Who knows, maybe one day our paths will still cross but I just wanted to say how damn proud of you I am. We may have never met, but I consider you a big sister in a weird way. You helped me find myself during a time I thought my life wasn’t worth living for. And boy, I’m so glad I’m still around because life is pretty freaking cool now and I’m truly blessed. Thank you for being apart of my beautiful life journey and for being so authentically you.. not anyone else this entire time. Thank you for the laughs, the cries, and the bougie fashion styles. Thank you for fighting for natural health and wellness in such a powerful way that has inspired so many and that I’ve been fortunate to watch from afar. Anyways, I’ll get off my soap box now 😂 cheers to 10 years of KZbin and 10 years of being a mark in my journey, and probably so many others. ❤️

Genuinely curious, is the flu not as common in Australia as in the US? We have "flu season" here and many people get vaccinated for it every year. It's very common and most Americans have had it several times and it usually doesn't last for more than a few days. It seems as though y'all had a much more severe case and that it's not as common of a virus where you live.
