*This is the second Treadmill friend I've owned **bestgym.equipment** t was easy to assemble and easier to fold than my last one. The controls are a lot better as well. I give it 5 stars!*

thanks!! Given me so many more ideas from watching your vlogs! I use a gym but in rural Spain most of the other members are over 70 years old so very different to the gyms I'm used to as i used to do a lot of classes but now they're not on offer so finding my own way!

Oh I love this workout! I am going to do this today :) I love HIIT workouts! Its amazing doing HIIT, you see amazing results in such little time. Jump roping has helped alot :) I love you and Brenda Leigh Turner, you ladies are amazing! :) *hugs♡♥

I always did this treadmill workout and it works great. Since I was a begginer it was really hard to keep it up on 9-11 speed, but after a while it gets easier, you just need motivation and focus

Hey Sarah! Glad to see a HIIT video and would love to see more like it. I was also wondering if you might do a video or videos on a weeks worth of exercises. I'm really struggling to find a weekly work out schedule for weight loss.There are just sooo many different videos/styles/philosophies and honestly I don't know what is best to do. I guess I really would just love some advice on how often should I work out, and what kind of work outs really aid in weight loss. I am 10 lbs down but I havnt moved in 2 weeks, so I feel like im doing something wrong. I am eating clean and 1500 cal per day. I'm about 50 lb heavier than I should be and im 25, for a reference. I would appreciate it so much! Thank you :)

And I'm telling ya one thing this is by far the best workout I've tried..I've done it for five days and I can already see the difference in my body..I'm thinner and stronger...thank you Sara :)

Back then I lost around a pound and a bit a week with a clean diet as well...in total i got rid of around 10-15 pounds..nowadays i dont do it as intense i have been focused on weight training ..i only do steady cardio after weights three times a week...every 4-6 weeks i do the intervals :)

Sarah, I am not new to working out, but I am incredibly out of shape. Do you have any more videos like these? These are not intimidating to "beginners" and are easily modified. I love your ideas! This is fantastic!

I have a few playlists you can find on my channel. They categorize the workouts into body part, but also interval, circuit, bodyweight or cardio - Most of my workouts are simple to do for beginners and I give options to make it harder.

I do arm workouts at least once a week at Barry's Bootcamp. I do total body once or twice which hits my arms as well but not as much.

I am wearing a Polar in the video above - I do love my TomTom MultiSport because it's sexy :) The TomTom works with an HR monitor that is bluetooth. I would recommend a Chest Strap with an HR capability - you can link it up with RunKeeper or Pear.

Hi! Awesome video! Question: I'm pretty skinny, actually quite very skinny, but I bloat and when I sit down or ben or move my stomach area I get huge fat rolls and I cant even wear a crop top bc my stomach gets like twice the size (overstatement but you now what i mean) It like my stomach is "loose and flappy"? What should I do? PLS HELP

I suggest toning it up, try do sit ups, crunches, planks, anything that would help build up the muscles on your abdomen.

Normally HIIT is a great workout for keeping body fit . But this training is little bit tough for them who are new users of treadmill . In this case this video shared here will be very much effective hopefully .

how do i incorporate hiit on the treamill and weight lifting (such as leg, arms and arms)? like i'm confused on how i should schedule this during my week or if i should just do hiit 3 times a week and strength every 2 days since my primary goal is to lose weight

What a nice and sparsely populated health club you have there. Must be due to the weather. I have 24 Hour Fitness here in SoCal and their aggressive sales tactics have paid off, now they're at full capacity practically all day and night save 9pm - 6am LOL

You just tried to kill me. Lol I got through the first two sets of slow, med., fast. Next time I'm gonna try to get through the whole treadmill part. but it still was my fastest mile so far. 10 minutes!! :) :) :)

That is hilarious, even when i was in good shape and running three to five miles on a treadmill 6.5 was the fastest I could go. All these HIIT videos call it a nice easy jog.

Just keep it all on the treadmill, don't interrupt with conventional HIIT. Also the sprint portion of the run should be INTENSE. You can compensate for that with 30 second rests in between the sprints.

Not sure what Barry's is but I thought it came from Ellen's. You I recommend you trying out the free intro class they offer at Orange! It's great!

Will doing hiit on the treadmill cause thighs to bulk up?

It shouldn't but if you're worried about it, one trick is to pretend that you're running barefoot. This will prevent you from pounding own on your feet super hard with all your bodyweight.

This isn't right at all. There should only be two stages, slow jog and all out sprint, and theres' no way a full out sprint can last 1 minute.

2% or any percent on the treadmill does not mimick outdoor ruining as it is not possible to do. TM running and outside running are two different things.

I warm up at a 3 for 5 minutes. Stretch. Then I go 30 seconds at 9, 30 seconds I stand on the sides of the treadmill. Repeat 30 seconds running 30 seconds resting for a total of 10 minutes. Then I go lift. 😉
