My favorite thing about this performance is all the chromatic glissando- he does them so uniquely.

man i love him but this interpretation is not my favorite. i get that he is mostly influenced by Itzhak perlman but i just cannot get behind the way he lets go of the bow through end of the phrases this much

Perlman plays it better and closer to Sarasate's own version. SoHyun Ko also plays this extremely well.
