Despite their minor presence in the movie, the Sardaukar have an incredible introduction scene and are accompanied by an incredibly intense chant, a vocal performance that emphatize their ruthlessness and brutality. The Sardaukar don't have a distinct theme outside of the chanting, so in this video I mixed almost all the parts where the chant is audible.
Some of the tracks used in this mix come from the “For Your Consideration” release of the score: “Sardaukar” features the Sardaukar chanting heard in the Salusa Secundus scene, whereas “Betrayal” is the movie version of “Armada”. Enjoy this video!

I wholeheartedly believe that the voice from the deep is Leto II. Not only do we hear the voice at the very beginning and its message about "dreams", but we also can hear it during the Shai-hulud piece which obviously is an homage to him and what he would become. We are experiencing the story of Paul Atreides from the point of view of Leto II's dreams.

The only problem with this theory is that the first verse of the Sardaukar chant says exactly the same thing and in the same voice, sang by a different man than Leto II

I’m surprised no incorporation of the Salusa Secundas track. It’s nothing more then pure ambient music, but still thought it would fit the theme. Love this by the way.

I didn't include "Salusa Secundus" simply because I personally don't like much the sound of the track. The Sardaukar chanting is there, but it is slowed and reverbed in such a way that it's become very vague and aethereal, whereas I like it more when it's clearly audible. Also, being 4 minutes long, I didn't know where eventually put it in my mix, so I decided to cut it off entirely. I did the same reasoning also for "Giedi Prime" in the House Harkonnen video. I understand that someone would expect a video like this to include that track, but I would rather keep it and the other tracks from "The Art and Soul of Dune" in a separate video, like an Ambient Soundtrack Mix for example.

It's a throat chant from the shamans of Siberia. In reality, it makes a strong impression. The author of Dune, as a 32 degree Mason, must have known about shamanic practices

The voice actor who provided the vocals said it’s a truncated form of their spoken language, stripped down to its most simple sounds. It’s their “battle speak” used so they can communicate in code during combat. AFAIK there’s no direct translation but it’s essentially a pre-battle ritual inspired by those used by the Viking berserkers. I imagine something to do with the virtues of the perfect warrior, dying for their beliefs, and other esoteric philosophy.
