Glad to see you posting again! Depression is such a deadening thing. We have this weird stereotype that an artist needs to be depressed to create (or that you need suffering to be a good artist), but that's so untrue. Good to see you getting help and sharing your struggle. I really loved the little paintings and how you collaged them!

Nice to have you back. Please take care of yourself, do what you enjoy even if you only carve out 10 minutes a day. Film what you want, or don't want.. your true fans will love it all, and can probably relate. 😊😊

Looks like your video showed up in my Recommended feed in great timing! New subbie here. As someone who lives with multiple mental health illnesses, I appreciate your candidness on what you've been going through. I love the idea of the journaling you'd mentioned; I've done shadow work before, but for the specific type you'd mentioned, I might have to give it a try. Wishing you love and light, and a great weekend!

❤❤❤❤❤ I’m so happy to see you back! I’m sorry you’ve had to go through a season that was pulling you away from your passions! I appreciate the honesty and the rawness, it just means youre human like we all are and don’t have superpowers that keep you posting! Maybe a way to end is… something simple? “Until we meet again friends” ❤

So wonderful to have you back! We’d love to see more videos even if they aren’t as perfect as you’d like. I can completely relate to your comment about not having the energy to make things perfect. After a while, I think we need to let that mindset go so we can move on to better things.

So good to have you back and yes to the depression exhaustion. Sometimes it takes all our strength as mothers to put on the emotionally consistent and happy face for the family it is exhausting to us or I should say it was hard for me when I had my bouts of depression

It’s a joy to have you back Sarica! Ridiculously excited to see a new video from you. I can relate to your struggles this year - the depression, withdrawal, the inner critic. But I’m coming out the other side, and to see new content from you is going to give me the impetus to start journaling - whether it’s perfect or not. Time to stop procrastinating and just start ❤

I think this is my new most favourite journaling video I've ever seen. ❤️ I love the keeping it real and the casual and let's just be normal humans. I feel in my soul all the things you talk about. Depression is the epidemic of our generation and talking about it is one of the best ways to reconnect and realise that none of us is alone in it. Being a mom, not having enough time for anything - you're not alone in that either, we are many and we need to support each other. I loved your videos before, but now I'll actually make sure to never miss a new one. Take things at the pace you need to and we'll keep being here for you. ❤

I am your Maryland neighbor and have only recently wanted to find if there were meetups. It would be such a routine change up and I know I need the like-minded socializing. I used to go out all the time with my photography business shooting for magazines but hit a seriously bad slump on and off for many years. More and more I find myself in the house for weeks at a time except for grocery shopping, and I actually love it. I am a grandmother of two, mother of 3 and one is still at home (10) but old enough to where caretaking is not 100% on me. I love putting your videos on while I write or new to me, create stickers! I have thousands and thousands of files to sort, categorize, and then decide how to rearrange. Your tips have really helped me to just get over my fear and experiment. Hoping to grab a silhouette this year as I am fussy cutting all of my designs. I do find it relaxing and can let my mind shut down while I do so.

Happy to see you back! I can relate on how Depression takes out the passion we have for our hobbies. Hope you continue to grow and evolve!

I came across your video just expecting journaling convo, however I appreciate you and the realness of what you were going through. As I am someone who struggles with depression, I have been coping for a year now after being in a state of depression and anxiety for two 1/2. 🙃 And some of it was due to a loss of my son I wasn't able to enjoy and do any of the things I had once loved. And isolation was real for me as well, I am still grieving over my son and it's been truly hard for me this month because this is the month that I gave birth to him. So no need to apologize no one is ever the only one who has gone through depression or dealing with it. Its refreshing to me that your well now and for now me as well god bless you 🙏 ❤️ 💖 ✨️

Idk if the t-shirt wipe is a mom thing or lazy thing or resourceful thing bc I do it too 😂 baby's boogers, t-shirt wipe. Me crying at a sad movie scene, t-shirt wipe. Just washed my hands, good ol' shirt never fails. On another note, that fake friend (depression) always comes back to visit, unfortunately. I'm glad you kicked her out and are creating again. I guess we can only decide how long she can stay when she's in town. 😮‍💨

So glad to see you back, and thank you so much for sharing your recent emotional journey. I love creative videos that also incorporate this human side of us. We are all on emotional journeys at different points and different levels. It can feel so lonely but it doesn't have to be that way. I am coming off of a bad couple of years dealing with menopause and am finally feeling like myself again. But in a new way, if that makes sense. And I think I see that happening for you, too. hugs!

Omg I really love how you explain your current situation, It's my first time to watch your video and I subscribe you now in your channel 😍 i enjoy it from the beginning and to the end! what I enjoy the most aside of watching your journal video, is when you discuss about your mental health 🥺❤️ omg I'm so relate to your situation being in depression and other responsibilities are the one that stopping us from doing things we love mostly creating more content for KZbin videos.. I do love and keep planing to create a same content like making journal because for me watching journal videos like this makes me calm.. I'm so anxious that's why I can't focus on my plans for everyday and I do agree that having a journal is kinda expensive when it comes to the stickers etc. But I'm starting to collects now step by step so I can creat my new hobby which is journaling... I still doesn't have kids yet but I'm currently in a relationship and I'm from Philippines by the way I was happy you mentioned my country that's also put a smile on my face.. please keep going what your doing because I'm pretty sure that it's not just me but there's allot of people out there who struggles the same as you and me... I love your content and also about "perfectionist" thing and polishing a video to be look perfect was so relatable to me, I've struggled allot with that sometimes like it takes 1-2 months until I finish editing a video.. hahahaha believe me I kind like that too😂 too serious to polish the video before posted because it satisfied my expectations to myself.. but I do really agree to what you said, better to post imperfect videos... More videos to come to you channel I would love to watch some more.. planning a meet up with your viewers one day would be a good idea too I'm pretty sure someone wants to see you on person.. maybe including me.. I just wanna say that this video made my day wonderful.. it motivates me to pursue all the things that I love 🥰💖

Your thoughts about keeping voice over where you're trying to figure out what to say, etc, would/is so helpful for me because I have more moments like that then I am happy with, so it kind of normalizes that it's okay to need to think before you talk or even talk aloud to figure out what you're thinking. 😊 thanks ❤
