Like the freaks are (mostly) reskinned, powered-up mercenaries in concept but me personally? i enjoy seeing them in videos. i guess it is a similar situation for the HECU, where it is basically reskinned, modified and all its members aren't psychopaths who murder civilians in cold blood, laugh about it and don't act like a soldier should.

trickster3696 ... It's ambient music called "city of the dead" which was originally used for the "City of the dead" aptly named Necropolis in fallout 1. Respect the classics, they're far better than the newer ones.
