Review from a corporate guy : In Corporate ( IT Companies ) have a average salary of 60 to 80 thousand per month , if you talk about IIM , XLRI and other big organization there package of 11 to 50+ lakhs , it totally depends on your capability of your mind and choice of career . People are happy and sad in IT Companies and Bank at the same time according to there mindset and get of career guidance On the other side in government jobs there is stability and respect ( no doubt ) , People who are less skilled they are afraid of recession , Just put your heart to your work then we can get good returns in whichever field you are government or private sector

Entry salary in Corporate is low but exit salary is way higher than any govt. job. Bank job comes with tranfer, you will have to pack your bags in move to any remote area evry 3-5 years, which is very bad for survival. In private job, you have to choose your city where you want to biuld you future. Big cities also bring big opportunities. For a bachelor any job is fine but after family, transfer poses risks. you will not find quality education and quality health infra. for your childern in remote areas.

The no. Of people apply for govt. Job is in millions the no. of people apply for CAT is around 3 to 4 lakh. And around 1 lakh of them gets good colleges. What do you want people to fo waste 3-4 years pf their life in govt. And if not selected do 20-30 k private job. Aur work on themselves get into a good college and make living out of it. And coming to The placements of IIMs placements. IIM ahmedabad 2024 placements report is out in which the minimum package is 18 lakhs around 12 in hand. And most of the iims and other top business school provide these placements. So you are just making some deepshit video to lure some fucking subscriber and views.

Not every one get into TOP B schools. On Average maximum 1000students/year(Top IIMs, XLRI, FMS)students in MBAs getting 24L+ package. 1 Lakh Students getting this package is very far from imagination.I did MBA from IIM Kashipur which ranks 20 in India in B school ranking. The average Package was around 14 lakh in my college.Half of students didn't get any campus placement. Many students are doing job at 5-6 Lakh Package passed from here. So It's not only clearing CAT and getting any Random IIMs provide good Package. I was in top 5000 if CAT score considered but still decided to join GOVT company as couldn't get good offer from any MNC.

See when spend 3/4 years after your graduation to get a job then don't flex it, calculate the price of the time that you have spent. Even an entry level package with 8LPA after 3/4 years any skilled guy will get an offer of 13/14LPA. So do calculate the time and money you spent after your graduation and then talk about it. And also do consider the skills at the end of the day, most of the so called bankers are outdated in terms of skills.

Are बौआ सुनो, हां सबको पता है रिसेशन चल रहा है, और कॉर्पोरेट mein salaries नीचे आ गयी हैं, और तुम 14 LPA उठा रहे हो बैंक PO बन के, मगर यार , थोड़ा सा लॉजिकल ज़िन्दगी में बन गए होते, बजाये सिर्फ लॉजिकल रीजनिंग का रट्टा मारने के, तो बौआ जैसे बातें नहीं करते, और तुम लोग कैमरा के आगे बैठ कर 200 का रिचार्ज करा के कुछ भी आके पब्लिक में बोल देते हो तो लोग तुम्हे सच मान बैठते हैं| आईआईएम और IIT का स्टूडेंट अभी 8,9 या 10 लाख का पैकेज उठा रहा है वो जो एवरेज IITIAN है या अबोवे एवरेज है फिर भी चलो उसको जो हाथ लगा सो लगा, बाकी के टॉप IITians के पैकेज पता किये तुमने? एनआईटी , ट्रिपल आईटी, आईआईएससी , बिट्स पिलानी, फ्रीलांसर्स, ओन स्टार्टअप्स की capability रखने वाले स्टूडेंट्स, खुद का व्यापर खड़ा करने वाले स्टूडेंट्स, स्टॉक market को penetrate करने की क्षमता रखने वाले स्टूडेंट्स, कौन है? कहा से आते हैं? और बौआ तुम्हे सच में लगता है ऐसा की किसी IIT या आईआईएम स्टूडेंट को 8 या 9 लाख का पैकेज लगा है तो तो अगले 5-10 साल बाद भी 10 लाख ही कमायेगा? मुझे बतादो एक भी ऐसा स्टूडेंट कॉर्पोरेट में जो IIT या आईआईएम से गया, और 10 साल बाद 10 लाख ही कमा रहा हो? तुम जैसे को टूशन भी पढ़ाने लग गया/गयी न वो तो भी उसके बराबर पहुंचते पहुंचते बुढ़ापा आजायेगा तुम्हारा। यहाँ कोई बैंक PO को डिसरेस्पेक्ट नहीं कर रहा है, लेकिन जिस हिसाब का comparison तुम करने आगये वो सही नहीं है ....! No doubt govt jobs apne aap me kaafi respectful maani jati hain, meri family me khud mante hain, main bhi manta hu, lekin IIT/IIM se comparison mat karo. warna log kahenge ki Abhi sher ghayal hai to kutto ko bhaukne ka mauka mil gaya.

sir after one and two switches in IT sector you can go upto 20 LPA packages easily but skill is required in the long run IT guys earn more and has more chances of foreign posting that is why India is focusing on privatization such hefty packages cannot be provided by the govt and govt is in Favour of startups.

​@@arnab480 brother that 2-3 promotions in sbi take 6-9 years and at the same time in IT you can reach up to 40-50 lpa even more considering you have skills. My manager has 9 years experience and his package is way above the AGM in sbi and I also started my career at minimal pay but now just after 3 years I am getting close to 25 lpa so in corporate it is completely based on your hard work and skills. So it better we should not compare these two sectors as they have their own pros and cons. Don't get influenced by these influencers and they are here to just get subscribers and views you will see after 2-3 years they will also leave their jobs and start selling there courses

Bhai fir wo hi baat mat Karo yaar, sab log nhi padte yaar IIT me,. Aur sab log ko nhi pasand IT YT. Aur bohut bhari bharkam log hai rural areas se aur yaha hamari colleges me life ke leke awareness aapko pata hai tho 7hills se khud ke mar jaoge. Pura extended family me se ek person bhi Aisa nahi hai jo bina jyada soche dhup me bees rupay ka Pani ka bottle karid sakte. Brother this is not true yes the starting can be 7/8 lpa but after 3 years the salary can get 3x-4x even more it is completly based on your skills my cousin is from IIM kashipur last year he got internship in Tata capital which was around 6 lpa and after complete one year he got placed in HSBC at 4 times hike I also started my career from 3.5 lpa now after 4 years i am getting close to the salary of RBI grade b that to with WFH Ye salary in bank is good in intial phase but after that it increases at constant pace while in private sector it totally depends on your skills if you have skills you will get paid more. Before any one commenting on this I want to clear one thing I also cleared IBPS po in 2022 and got Indian bank but didn't joined that because by that time I got wfh with 2.5 times the salary of PO

Package doesn't give clear picture,you have to see in Hand salary ..RBI grade B in hand salary is 1.3 lakh/m (including all perks and allowance ). SBI PO is around 1.10lakh.But when they write in CTC Package. RBI says 24LPA for grade B and SBI says 20LPA.If you are getting in hand salary of 1.3lakh/month then your are definitely doing great as only top performers are given such salary in Private sector

I do not know about IIT but i know they are the top minds who do not rely upon the job offer by other but they can create their innovative ventures. What are saying with respect to unplaced students in campuses of IIT/IIM is because of global economic situation, it's a temporary thing, like what happened in 2008 sub-prime mortgage crisis induced global recession which affected placements in Indian college campuses for the period of 2008-2010 but it is normal in every 10-15 years to have a recession induced slowdown in hiring , however what is terribly wrong in your analysis is the fact that tum corporate sector ke current situation ka comparison PSU Banks ke more or less constant salary package ke saath compare kar rahe ho which is incorrect !!!

Thoda jyada exaggerate hogaya - IIM and top MBA colleges 40 lac maine aaj tak suna nahi. IIMs take approx 20L, privates are even lower. And you should have seen placement report of current IIM. Avg aram se around 19-20lpa. Not criticizing at all, but not sure apne ye data kaha se pick kiya :)

bank ki job psu job h gvt job h hi nhi i work for state gvt meri last basic ka half as a guaranteed pension h agar band bhi hoti h to nps h meri all india posting nhi hoti har 3 years me holiday bank se jyada h work time bank se kam allowance ka kya achar dalunga in terms of PPP salary is way better , in current scenario because there is a dearth of jobs and market is flooded with unskilled b.tech grads so people think bank jobs are good but they are not on par with gvt jobs. not at all

My elder sister is scale 2 officer, pareshan rahti hai hai ...... Mere friends hai railway me Station master , JE Jo Bank po chor k aae hai..... No doubt, allowances are comparatively better in BANK .
