After reading the comments, it seems that what Laeeq Bhai might have missed is mentioning a consistent primary source of income to cover the rent. Ultimately, the interest paid would likely be less than the returns generated from the investment in funds.

When we invest the remaining amount( after paying the down payment) in stocks, how are we going to pay the monthly installments of the car?
@devmoatassem10 сағат бұрын
You must have enough continuous source of income in the form of salary or something else that gives enough room to pay the installments along with your whole running expenses. Also you should not buy the car to upgrade lifestyle if you're not earning at least 200k per month and you have a family too. 200k for Alto, for more expensive cars it should be more. In other case if you need car for your work and rentals costs you more than 60-70% of what will be the installment of car, then you should buy it. That's what we call financial literacy which makes you rich in shorter span than what people usually achieve in generations. Also all of above is my own personal rules and scenarios.

Filhaal tou bhens hi bari laag rahi kun keh majority ppl in Pakistan don't 60 lacs or 1 crores in their savings to purchase alto or any other cars and plus if even they take a risk they will get a heart attack on their first 40% to 50% Dip, because poorer middle class in Pakistan don't have easy money jobs, as you already knew it takes so many years to save their first few lacs even with their 60k to 80k or even with 1 lac salaries per month. So Idk whole will put their all stakes in 2 or 3 basket's of high risk, my belief's are that there is nothing like "Low Risk"! The Risk terms are very very clear is a "Risk or No Risk", as we all know that No Risk is Fixed Deposits But still if the bank goes bankrupt, then it's not even called a low Risk its still called RISK OR NO RISK! Respect For You Brother From Core Of My Heart ❤️ Brilliant Efforts Are Done ✅ By You😊

Disagree with some of our points regarding car financing from banks.As in islamic car financing rate is not fixed for years,it is half yearly after that whatever the current interest rate is follwed for the next 6 months,and banks have some hidden charges too that they add up in monthly installments,which they did not tell people in the schedule or at the time of giving estimated calculation.But your point for investment is very authentic as mostly business persons did not buy cars on cash for thenselves or their employees they took it from banks.because it would effect their capital.Hence they invest that money somewhere else and get profit.

In the current time, can you share any mutual fund which will give 12% for the next five years? I think no one can predict the returns in mutual fund. Sometime it out performed and sometime under. But the cost which you have to pay bank for car financing will remain the same regardless of market condition. So I think people like you who know the markets in full can take this type of risks

Just one question... If someone bounds his money in a mutual fund, compounds or buys a stock, and holds it for a specified time (equal to a car loan), how will he pay the monthly installments of the car loan? If that was his total saving? This issue is not addressed in the video.. Feedback will be appreciated

It could work if you have around 5 million + Financial knowledge + experience. Then you can go for 29 Lac car, pay down payment and invest around 4 M. It might not be as Rosey but certainly works. Laeeq Bhai ka style bara mazay ka hai. Yeh egg khanay k bajaay main jama karta hoon, saal main 360 eggs ho jain gaay. Har mahhenay un par baith kar bachaay nikaloun ga, har month 30 bachay ho gaay. next month wo b anday dain gi. Har taraf chicken he chicken aur eggs he eggs. Ya Allah itna paisa ab main kea karoun aur 365 eggs bhi hain, 2 kanal ka ghar lea 500 chicken sell kar k. 😅😅😅😅

Wrong calculation, how 22 lac compund every year ? We have to pay loan amount from this account! Also finanacial interest rate is higher than earnings interest rate , so you will always be in loss in this condition, although if we can earn more interest than finance interest rate in that case it will be a good option
