Aditi i hope you read my message if you do so then let me tell i was 76kg due to over eating during my exams and i got 58kg in a month which was perfect for my height. I used to sit and wipe Ghar pa floor every alternate days and (pocha Beth k lagagti thi) and i used to cut nimbu slices and put in water and drink whole day. I have been doing this since then whenever i gain weight. If you ever feel not doing workout try these 😄 also I just reduced my rice portion but i ate everything like I used to do . And added green tea in the routine
