The Ermenegildo Zegna cloth is exquisite. The best Australian wool turned into a premium Italian cloth. Love everyone's work here, Mr. Jacomet, I appreciate your effort and the initial dedication by Mr. Sartori is how we all feel; and thank you Mr Sartori for your work and effort. Thank you gentlemen.

love this talk. please post more. Hugo, I would suggest that in order to break up the long periods of talking heads please add more b roll (cutaways to what the interviewee is discussing). Keep up the good work.
@hugojacomet4286 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your appreciation. Concerning the use of b-rolls, there are two different schools of thought : one, mine, which consists of using b-roll sparingly in order to make the effort to produce interesting talks (a good talk should suffice to itself), and the second school (more american), which consists of using a maximum of b-roll in order to keep the attention of the viewer constantly stimulated. Maybe the ideal format is in between. All the best, Hugo

Wait, but if you alter the molecular structure of the wool, does it compromise any of the natural benefits of wool? ie, ability to keep one dry and warm and resist smells? I suppose it doesn't matter as much for a suit, but it's certainly had a comeback in outdoor sportswear.
@SARTORIALTALKS6 жыл бұрын
Good question. I'm not sure we speak on a molecular level. What I know is that this new technical fabrics are the future. Some traditional mills have recently managed for example to produce stretch fabric without using any synthetic material. Just wool. Cheers, Hugo

I enjoy the classic styles. It is a bit difficult to keep up with current fashions, hard on the pocketbook. However, if I could afford I would like to buy a nice pair of Lobb shoes, for example. They are very high price, classic designs, classic handmade, durable and long lasting. I also enjoy watches, and I stay away from the current, flashy models. I do go for sporty watches such as a Daytona. It looks good with just about everything these days.

Nice video but I'm totally sure the tailor shop owners doesn't know to saw a button, the italian senior is the real tailor is working we can see is skill. Next time make a video with cifonelli or other tailor making a suit from cero. This is a dying art, new generation won't be a tailor is not easy to be.
@SARTORIALTALKS2 жыл бұрын
Yes, the problem is Made to Measure services are claiming to be bespoke, which is a lie. A bespoke atelier will have the name of the master tailor on the door and will craft jackets on the premises. In this case, the bespoke atelier at Zenga is full of tailors who know how to sew on buttons. Cheers, Hugo
