We flew SAS too, but we don't have the same opinion lol. We've never had to take the bus over to Terminal 2 before, but they gave very confusing directions at the check-in counter on how to do that, so that wasn't a great start. On our flight to Stockholm and return, they ran out of options for food (both times) and only had a vegetarian meal to offer, which wasn't very good. They also don't include free alcoholic beverages, which is surprising on an international flight. Even though a lot of people complain about Air Canada, we prefer to fly with them when possible.

@@TakeTimeToTravel I think we had an easier time because we were taken to the gate by the accessibility porter. We don't drink on flights so we didn't notice that. Unfortunate you didn't have as smooth a time as we had.
