The elephant is an old heraldic symbol of wisdom, strength, spirituality and good fortune, the various symbols used in heraldry all have meanings behind them, they're not used because someone once thought they looked cool as people today might think. I have one of these, in the grey-dial color. Limited edition or something. I like it pretty well, except that the legibility at night is very very poor. I would have liked to see them make these with (i) a black face, (ii) some sort of backlight, and (iii) no separate "connect" button but rather just have the crown be press-in-able. NB I used to own a Grand Seiko and while the Casio may have Zaratsu polishing, and it's good, it's not _nearly_ as good as the Grand Seiko. Let's not kid ourselves. The craftsmanship on a GS has to be seen to be believed. At any rate, the Bluetooth function on the Casio is hugely useful, as it automatically corrects for DST/ time zones/ you name it. It will continuously sync up with the time and date on your phone with zero drama.
@WhyWeBuyIt29 күн бұрын
It would be excellent if the Crown doubled as the function button. That may have resulted in a more expensive watch though. The T200 just doesn't have enough in the way of polished surfaces to truly stand out among GS models. The higher end and limited edition Oceanus models do measure up though. They just aren't as appealing to me and as the price goes up there are other watches (automatics specifically) that I would buy first. The T200 in my opinion has just enough bling to really have no equal at it's price point. I appreciate you taking the time to comment, and hopefully you enjoyed the video.
