This looks so good!! Just a little tip, I’m Korean and cook this quite often and I find that letting the sauce cook for a while more before adding the rice cakes helps the sauce be thicker and stick to your rice cake so it’s coated with sauce!

Hey Sas, I was just wondering, as I live in the UK , where would I get the rice cakes from as I’m unable to find them anywhere or do you make them yourself, if so could you do a video showing us how you make them

I can usually find them at most asian grocery stores! They'll be in the refrigerated section, near where the fresh noodles are. You can always ask if they have them, too. They are called "tteokbokki" in Korean. They're pretty hard to make yourself.
