You're understood. More than you think, many people are dealing with depression, pills, dark thoughts. But somehow it's a taboo thing to say, and people ignore sadness and darkness. To make it short most people don't care and the ones who do are terrified to talk about it.

Some antidepressants can definitely make your depression worst. The two worst spirals I've ever been on were both caused by medication. I'm glad you're doing better and that you hopefully found a medicine that works. I wouldn't advise stopping any medicine abruptly because that can also make the situation worse. Don't be afraid to speak up if something isn't helping especially if it is making it worse
