Good day, pls i just came across this video and i would like to inform you that I have created an Expression of Interest profile since December 2023, under the In-Demamd Occupation for NOC 11109 (Other Financial Officers) Teer 1 and also evaluate my credentials, I was 37 years Old when i created the profile and after providing every necessary information about myself, I got overall score of 73 points out of 110 points, I have a cousin who has become Canadian citizen in Saskatchewan and also I have my proof of funds intact in my account before the profile was created up till this moment. But my major concern is that based on my research about the previous draw of the SINP on the selected NOC 11109, i discovered that the minimum draw points used for that particular NOC has always been from 80 points and above. Please what is my chances of getting an Invitation to apply with 73 points.

Thank you for this. I will like to add that one very important thing to mention about pof is that we have just 60days to submit application however one needs to have kept their fund for 90days. I got shocked with this information after I recieved ITA. Please advise how to show retirement savings account as pof, since the money is not readily available.

No it won't. Most of these invitations will need 6 months to be given as nominations and 600 points and will have no impact on the draws this year

If a person has 55 points in factor 1 in sinp and factor 2 it has 30 points then the subtotal is around 85 so a person is eligible for the sinp?

Hi Kubeir! I’m confused and will appreciate your feedback. My spouse erroneously filled his ‘country of study’ as Wales, but it was actually Nigeria because it was 100% online from a Wales university. He however filled town/city of study as Nigeria (online delivery). Now the problem is that they are asking for him to upload the police certificate for Wales. Meanwhile, he has never been there. What do you suggest we do please? I’m in process of submitting my pr application after receiving ITA. Thank you in advance.

Change the country of study to wherever she was physically present. In the name of the college add (distance education) in brackets. And then explain in LOE. Pcc requirement will be removed.

Q:- I m going for 0621 SINP , I am my own small company director, But my studies is Computer diploma 2 yrs after Secondary school....So...Noc req. Suggest only secondary schools required, and bachelor's BBA is "usually"req. Not compulsory I suppose.. Can I go for that or Should I opt for 6221 technical sales..but again self employed so 6221 is managerial? SINP also has something about managerial self employed NOC selection ....and 6221 It's Noc req says no degree req. College diploma could work.. Hope you get around my Long tidious question..!!🙏
